A “Wicked” Opening Celebration
Wicked Lily Oceanfront Dining is located in Condado; a beach front concept that locals and tourists will enjoy. From the view, the food, the cocktails, to the music, more than just dining it is an overall experience and lively vibe.
The protagonist behind “Wicked Lily” is Lily, the narrator to all our, and, your stories. She believes that bad decisions lead to great memories and experiences. She will take you to make daring decisions and have a different perspective of fun.
The masterminds behind this new spot and vision are partners: Chris Friedland, Ryan O’Donnell and Lori Bluett, and ground-breaking Puerto Rican Chef Érika Suárez.
Suárez holds an associate degree in culinary arts from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She is also accredited as a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Inc. Her career milestone is being the first female executive chef at Norwegian Cruise Line as well as Puerto Rico’s El Conquistador Resort. Suárez has carefully crafted a day and night menu; every meal includes fresh ingredients that have a touch a home (Puerto Rico).
On the other hand, the cocktail menu was created by mixologist Frankie Díaz, these include “[a] blend [of] fine spirits, fresh fruits, herbs and spices in unexpected combinations”, (The Weekly Journal; 2019).
Wicked Lily is open Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The bar area is open until 12:30 a.m. during the week and until 1:30 a.m. on weekends.
